I’ve been using FHP since I bought a house in the Park in 2008. Have just sold the same house with them and didn’t consider going anywhere else. They’ve looked after me well as a buyer and a seller - would recommend!

We had a nothing but positive experience purchasing our first home through FHP. Our viewings with Steve were excellent, well informed and honest. Shavaie was always easily accessible with very prompt replies to queries. In the latter stages of the purchase process, we felt like the agents were keeping on top of everything with good overview, and ultimately everything went completely smoothly. Thank you!

FHP sold our house quickly and achieved full asking price despite difficult market conditions, and we were very pleased with all aspects of the sale.
They took excellent photos of the property which really showed it in its best light.
We were kept very well informed during the process with excellent communication, and they were always available to provide reassurance and advice during what was a tricky sale at times.
Toward the end of the transaction they worked very hard to get it over the line, negotiating dates with both our buyers and sellers and liaising with all the solicitors.
We highly recommend FHP and would like to especially thank Steve, Amelia and Lee.

He kept us updated at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. While I did have some frustration dealing with one admin point of contact, Zofia Blaszko, the property consultant, was absolutely amazing, reassuring and responsive the entire time.
I managed to find a beautiful home and secure it thanks to Zofia, who’s been incredibly sweet and is absolutely exceptional at what she does. I had to move in sooner due to changing circumstances, and Zofia managed to sort the confirmation from landlord, the cleaning service, and schedule the property marketing photographs to an earlier date within hours. This was all time sensitive, and the level of dedication and efficiency was on a different level.
Zofia truly cares about both the landlord’s and the tenant’s best interests. She is an amazing human and consultant, and because of her, my experience with FHP has felt trustworthy, safe, and reliable. Honestly, the property itself is an absolute catch, and I feel lucky to have had such an amazing consultant and landlord through FHP.

I was a tenant in one of the building managed by FHP living which was later managed by a different agency. I had big confusion on how will I get the deposits back and the process for it. I was feeling hopeless on what to do and how to do until I came in contact with Carol O'Grady. She has been a massive help for me the past couple of days. She guided me thoroughly and assured me that I'll get the deposits back. She went beyond her way to contact the FHP teams despite her being on an annual leave. I really appreciate this help a lot from the FHP team and especially Carol.
The staffs and the service they provide is probably the best you can get if you are a student in Nottingham. Overall I had a great experience living in a property managed by FHP and even after my tenancy was over they still helped me which shows that they really care about their tenants.
