FHPLiving and FHP have been renting and managing residential properties for clients since the year 2000. Our ‘Block Management’ business was established in 2007.

We currently manage circa 1,000 individual residential tenancies and 25 ‘Blocks’ for clients as well as handling the letting of apartments, studios and houses throughout the East Midlands through Team FHPLiving.

We can advise on likely rents, FM costs, marketing strategies as well as provide guidance in terms of product mix and tenant requirements.

We work with funds, Prop Cos, Housing Associations and private landlords alike.
