Well through our eyes we believe that the trends will continue. 2015 has been the most successful year for FHP Living within West Bridgford since we opened our offices in 2013, a year in which we have seen almost a quarter of our sales going under offer within one week and the percentage of asking prices achieved rising from 95% to 97%.
The market success brings both joy for Vendors but sometimes frustration for Purchasers who have missed out on the house that they wish to buy and this will in my opinion continue to be the case in 2016 despite the Government’s best efforts to dampen the housing market.
