Robin Hood Half Marathon For The John Van Geest Cancer Research Centre

Luke Pritchett completed the Robin Hood Half Marathon on Sunday 24th September.

Running in support of FHP Living’s 2017 chosen charity, The John Van Geest Cancer Research Centre.

Luke completed the course in 2 hours and 7 minutes raising £412 for the charity.

Luke said: “It was a nice day out, I’m happy with my time and even happier I could raise some money for this year’s chosen charity”.

The Research Centre, at Nottingham Trent University, is developing immunological treatments using the body’s immune system to find and attack cancer cells – particularly with regard to breast cancer and prostate cancer.
