City Centre Open Day Announced for Stylish New Apartments
Nottingham’s most exclusive development is opening its doors with an open event on Friday (1 December), showcasing the newly released properties for the first time.
Set within a former Lace Mill, the collection of 43 high spec flats located at Hounds Gate have already gathered significant interest among young professionals and investors looking to buy a piece of city centre life.
“We’ve secured sales for 75 per cent of phase one of the development, so we’ve now released phases two and three which is incredibly exciting and the open day will be the first time these apartments will have been opened to the public,” said Joanna Hoyes, property consultant at FHP Living – the agents for the development.
“The properties range in value from £140,000 up to £230,000 and are a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments which all benefit from open plan living spaces, modern fitted kitchens and high spec features throughout,” continued Joanna.
Hounds Gate House also benefits from parking – something not often available in the heart of the city.
“These properties are ready to move straight into and, with available parking and the high yields expected for properties in Nottingham, I’m sure that the newly released two phases will generate considerable interest and I look forward to welcoming potential buyers on Friday,” added Joanna.
FHP Living’s Weekday Cross office has a dedicated team of property professionals specialising in city centre properties – as well as teams looking after the Park, Mapperley Park and Wollaton and Bramcote. It is one of Nottingham’s leading agencies, having had a presence in the city for 14 years.
“Phase one is almost sold out having only been on the market for a matter of months,” said Joe Hargreaves, property consultant at FHP Living
“I’m not surprised that there’s been such a high level of interest in these properties from both investors and first time buyers looking to purchase a property ready to move straight in and located right in the centre of the city.
“Each apartment comes with granite worktops, engineered oak flooring, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, video intercom, LED mood lighting as well as Bosch and Hotpoint appliances throughout. Everything is top of the range and really do have to be seen to be truly appreciated and I would encourage anyone who might be interested to get in touch and come along to our open day,” added Joe.
The open day will take place on Friday 1 December between 3 – 6:30pm. To register an interest contact Joe Hargreaves or Joanna Hoyes on: 0115 841 1155 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Joanna@fhpliving.co.uk.
